Perk Development was birthed out of the sheer desire to build better communities. Managing Member, Brett Perkins has spent the last fifteen years working in residential and commercial real estate and currently serves as the Director of Project Development for C.W. Driver Companies, a 102 year-old builder in southern California.

Chief Financial Officer, Chuck Benedict joined the team in 2022 to give Perk Development's capital partners & investors the confidence they need to make sound decisions with their privately placed investments. Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant and has brought over 40 years of corporate & real estate tax & reporting expertise to the company.

Our goal is to set forth the best team to deliver complex mixed-use projects that address the demands in housing, hospitality, and employment. Our pursuits range from luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, workforce housing, commercial office, civic, and tribal projects with values upwards of $1B+ in value.
